|Peach Waffles eaten with Maple Syrup|
All my peaches from when I went peach picking at a local farm continue to be put to good use. Here are some yummy peach waffles and vegetarian friendly, without eggs.

3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
1 cup fresh peaches, chopped
Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add milk and oil and stir until just combined. Fold in peaches.
Prepare waffle iron by greasing well and make waffles, according to waffle maker instructions.
Serve with maple syrup and fresh peaches.
