Pineapple-Strawberry Agua Fresca is a refreshing summer cooler from Mexico that can be made with any variety of fruit.
Agua Fresca, translated literally means Fresh Water. It is a refreshingly cooling summertime drink, from Mexico. The most common flavors are usually pineapple or melon, especially watermelon. If you’d like to turn it into a cocktail, you can simply add some tequila. However, this is the perfect alchohol free drink to celebrate #CincoDeMayo
Berry Season is approaching and I already am seeing super sweet blackberries and strawberries in the markets. This is also great when made with wild strawberries, available at the Farmer’s Markets during the summer!
