For this month, I have used a spice/herb used in many countries.
Coriander seed & Cilantro is most often used in Indian, Mexican and other Latin American countries as well as the Middle East. However, culantro (also known as recaito or shadoe beny) is more often used in Puerto Rico and Trinidad, among other places.
They both have a very similar taste so have decided to lump them all in this month’s theme.
