Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 ice cubes
  • a large pinch of saffron
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pistacchios

Instructions

  • Heat the milk and add saffron. Let sit for a few minutes.
  • In a blender, combine with saffron milk, yogurt, vanilla, cardamom, sugar and ice. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
  • Garnish with nuts.
